Yes they do from the brand now
I can't read your question, but I have read that the Pancreas & Gallbladder tube connect before emitting chemicals for digestion.
Off top of my head, I would question if tube is clogged, or connected separately, or associated gallbladder condition.
Cornucopia is definitely the place for Holistic advice.
Consider adjusting diet immediately, &
cleansing all tissues.
